Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 9 am will be prepared and dispatched the same day.
Any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 9 am will be prepared and dispatched the following day.
Any order placed between Friday 9 am and Sunday midnight will be prepared and shipped the following Monday.
If you have a promotional offer, you just need to enter the code that was given to you in the âdiscount couponâ box on the âcart detailsâ page.
Note: If the amount of your offer or credit note is less than the value of your purchase, you will have to complete your payment by credit card.
Once your order has been validated and paid for, it is not possible to modify your order.
Please note: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return the item(s) that you are not completely satisfied with. We will reimburse you as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery: For Singapore, the usual average delivery time is 2-3 working days (generally observed).
If you do not attend the delivery of your package, it will be held in a NinjaVan facility and you will have 10 days to collect it. You will be informed by SMS of the address and opening hours of the NinjaVan.
Express delivery: For Singapore, the usual average delivery time is 1 working days (time generally observed). If you do not attend the delivery of your package, it will be held in a NinjaVan facility and you will have 10 days to collect it. You will be informed by SMS of the address and opening hours of the NinjaVan.
1/ Singapore
Standard Delivery: For Singapore, the shipping cost is SGD $5. If the amount of the order is greater than or equal to SGD $100 the shipping costs are free.
Express delivery: For Singapore, the delivery costs are SGD $10 including GST.
You can request to have your items delivered to an address different from your billing address. When registering your order, before entering your bank details, you have the possibility to change the delivery address. Under the heading âmy additional addressesâ, enter the information concerning your new delivery address, then click on âAddâ and let yourself be guided.
Once your order is registered, you will not be able to change the delivery address.
Note: If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace, please indicate the name of the company to avoid any delivery problems. If you do not attend the delivery of your package, it will be placed in our dedicated third-party courier partner facility and you will have 10 days to reschedule a delivery, or collect it. Kindly reach out to our customer service team via our Contact Us form here, and you' expect a response from our Customer Service agents within 24hours from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm (GMT+8), excluding Public Holidays.
To follow the status of your order, go to âMy accountâ, then to the tab âmy ordersâ.
If you do not have an account, go to the âOrder Trackingâ section, then enter the email used and your order number.
Note: delivery tracking is not currently available. If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact customer service here.
You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), Atome, or Pace.
Please note: Payments by cheque are not accepted. If you benefit from a special offer, you must first enter a code, which will have been given to you in the field provided for this purpose.
Yes, the price quoted does include local goods and services taxes.
The security of payment on lecoqsportifgolf.com is one of our priorities. Transactions are secured by Shop Pay. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. It is not stored on our computer systems either.
Note: Buy Now, Pay Later payment modes such as Atome and Pace, are 3rd Party service providers and do not take charge of any disputes related to orders. These should be communicated directly with www.lecoqsportifgolf.com and/or your bank.
Orders made on our website can be returned via traceable post, courier or to our boutiques.

lecoqsportifgolf.com will reimburse you for an article that does not give you complete satisfaction, within 14 days of receipt.
This is the procedure to follow in order to return a product that you are not entirely satisfied with:
1. Create a return request from âMy accountâ in the âMy ordersâ tab.
2. Click on the order in question and then âReturn an itemâ.
If you do not have a customer account, go to the âorder trackingâ section, enter your email address and your order number, then choose the item you are not completely satisfied with and click on âreturnâ.
3. Select the reason for your return. Then, click on 'Send'.
Following this first step, you will receive an eâmail from our customer service department: It will give you the reference number of your return, which must be written on your parcel, and the procedure to follow.
Returns are only permitted within the following delivery countries:

Namely: Le Coq Sportif Golf will refuse any damaged, spoiled, soiled or incomplete article that has not been the subject of remarks or express reservations by the customer upon delivery.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags. For more information about our full returns policy, click here.
Items purchased on the lecoqsportifgolf.com website can be returned and you can be reimbursed. Le Coq Sportif Golf covers the return costs if the customer follows the procedure explained above.
Returns via Ninja Van Drop off/Home Collection ($5 per return)
Returns via our boutique stores (Free) - Simply drop off your online orders at our Singapore boutiques.
Please note: any package returned without following the above procedure cannot be accepted by the warehouse and will be returned to the customer.
Once the item has been returned and processed by our services, you will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
All returned items will be refunded within 15 days of receipt by Le Coq Sportif Golf. It takes 7 to 30 days, depending on the payment method used for the purchase, for the refund to be credited to your account.
lecoqsportifgolf.com specifies that product orders can only be reimbursed, any exchange being expressly excluded.
